A Non-profit, Non-governmental Educational Organization based in Athens, is seeking English speaking Trainers for its Entrepreneurship Training Program. Our program is a tailor-made, intensive short-term course (4-day program, 25-30 hours), and is taking place at least once per month.
The courses target vulnerable populations, refugees and migrants and are held in Athens.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Business Strategy (Trainer #1)
The trainer must be able to teach participants:
- The practical side of starting a business and help participants decide whether self-employment is right for them.
- Starting a new business plan and identifying the potential market opportunities
- Identifying their capabilities and help them with their development
Marketing (Trainer #2)
The trainer must be able to teach participants:
- Marketing, Selling and Customer Service techniques
- Practical Marketing tips applicable to small businesses
- Promoting their business and reaching potential clients
Finance & Accounting (Trainer #3)
The trainer must be able to teach participants:
- Practical information on small business finance, accounting and taxes
- Practical information on legal processes and matters in Greece (private/civil law, legislation, permits, types of companies etc.)
- Pricing and cash management
Qualifications for all candidates
- Good understanding of business process;
- Relevant business experience is a must;
- Good understanding of micro-business start-ups;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is a must;
- Attention to detail.
