IT Support

Technical Company specialized in Marine Automation is looking for a responsible professional to cover the following position: IT Support.

Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks, internet connections and VPN.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across the company (either in person or over the phone).
• Setting up accounts for new users.
• Maintaining records of software licenses.
• Manage email accounts.
• Maintain spam filters.
• Maintaining WIFI system.
• Maintaining our webpages.

• Proven work experience as IT (at least 3 years).
• Good working knowledge of all desktop applications and malware applications.
• Ability to load and troubleshoot various software and hardware systems.
• Good knowledge of various networking concepts.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
• Good phone and email etiquettes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Platform.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Server Products.
