ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its’ client, a renowned Group of Companies operating in the Fashion industry, is looking to hire a Brand Marketing Supervisor to join their Marketing Department, handling a bunch of well-known beloved brands 

Brand Marketing Supervisor (Ref Code.5485/BMS/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a strong brand identity for the brand in the marketplace (online & offline)
  • Create and maintain brand equity
  • Draft & implement communication plans on a brand-level
  • Implement and monitor all ATL pillars of the Marketing plan; liaise with all external parties as needed
  • Handle all Social Media channels (if any), perform content management, liaise with the Digital Department for all necessary digital campaigns as needed
  • Handle all necessary Creative adjustments & executions on a brand-level; liaise with the Creative Department as needed. Deliver on time
  • Implement and monitor all BTL pillars (if any) of the Marketing plan (branding sponsorships etc.)
  • Ensure that the Brand Image & Equity are properly displayed & represented throughout all internal & external communication functions
  • Create and implement the Yearly Marketing & Promotional Calendar, for all participating brands of the portfolio, in alignment with the eCommerce Manager. Troubleshoot brand prioritization, both on an overall strategic level as well as on an ad-hoc basis
  • Liaise w/all Brands (internal & external) so as to retrieve their marketing calendars & marketing assets, as needed
  • Handle all necessary Creative adjustments & executions for the assets of the various sports brands; liaise with the Creative Department as needed Deliver on time
  • Supply the Digital Department with all necessary materials and knowledge for the various performance campaigns
  • Troubleshoot w/eCommerce Manager in regard to the proper displaying (content-wise & timewise) of the assets of the various brands on the website 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements:
  • BS/MS degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
  • 2-3 years of proven track record in retail industry in a Marketing function
  • Consumer products experience preferred
  • Social Media savvy (all channels) with experience in content management
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google Analytics, web & mobile apps
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to influence others
  • Ability to handle pressure and to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and articulate ideas, results of financial analysis, and actionable recommendations
  • Solid understanding of Marketing rules and regulations
  • Always hungry for more
  • Fluent in English
