As a Sourcing Technology Recruiter you will play a significant role in attracting the best talents around the world and lead the recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles within the IT Department. • Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with hiring managers and senior management within the IT Department
• Managing full cycle recruitment for roles within the IT Department while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Uncover talent utilizing Boolean search, database scrubbing, networking, relationship building, event lists, social media, sourcing tools, predictive sourcing tactics and industry research.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and manage recruiting campaigns and job postings.
• Build talent maps of competitive companies through cold calling into companies and/or internet research.
• Phone screen candidates for availability, interest level, hard skills, salary range, and basic qualifications.
• Able to develop and track metrics of all sourcing activities.
• Managing full cycle recruitment for roles within the IT Department while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Negotiating job offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management and other stakeholders as necessary.
