Περιγραφή

The Customer Service representative will be responsible for dealing with and properly responding to customers’ inquiries by handling inbound calls, chats, and emails.

The Customer Service department operates Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00. The company offers competitive monthly salary about 1700€ gross.

Daily Tasks/Duties

  • Ensure that customer inquiries are dealt with by the performance and service standards
  • Ensure that relevant correspondence ishandled within the set KPI standards
  • Ensure that all complaints and inquiries relating to the work are answered by set procedures and guidelines
  • Monitor, delegate, and answer all queues from inbound requests i.e. email, chat and phone,
  • Work effectively in a team environment, to get the job done and reach the best possible results

Profile:

  • Passionate about Customer service
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German (C2/ native) plus Italian (at least B2 level)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Well organized, self-driven, flexible, and able, to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Prior working experience would be considered an advantage
  • Advanced computer literacy is required
