Position Responsibilities:- Handling and prioritizing all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail/letters)
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Customer Service support
- Regularly updating the CRM System
- Maintaining the general office filing system
- Ordering front office supplies and keeping inventory of stock
- Producing reports, presentations and briefs
- Greeting and welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner as soon as they arrive at the office
- Organize meetings & managing databases
- Manage, update & keep track of the client database program and files (online & offline)
- Managing daily calendar, making travel arrangements and scheduling meetings based on all partners' itineraries when necessary
- Liaising with third-party legal advisors for the completion of relevant tasks.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
