Job Description
- Cover the reception desk
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Research and creates presentations
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Support to senior managers
- Book appointments, conference calls, trips, meetings, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc.
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Conduct data entry
- Book and organize company’s participation to exhibitions
- Involve in the implementation of CSR and PR activities
