An independent company specializing in hotel management, consulting and development, is currently seeking to recruit for our property hotel in Mani, professional for the position of

RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR MANI (code: RES.SUP MANI)

Responsible to provide customer focused service to the guests, ensuring their stay will become an unforgettable experience.

•  Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
•  Purchase goods, manage cost and continuously make necessary improvements
•  Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
•  Lead F&B team
•  EFET Certification
•  2-3 years minimum experience in a Luxury Hotel
•  Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential.
•  Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
•  Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with natural ability and confidence to sell/promote.
•  Excellent Customer Service Skills.
•  Problem solving skills.
•  Well groomed with strong interpersonal skills.
