Responsibilities

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers
  • Representing the company, remaining friendly and helpful with every person
  • Resolving issues with the products over the phone or emails (not too technical questions)
  • Keeping customer data up to date
  • Coordinate incident resolutions with Level 2 and Level 3 staff

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements
  • You speak Hungarian at a proficient level and English at a fluent level.
  • You have a dedicated quiet working space located within your residence in Greece or you are willing to relocate to Greece
  • You have great communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
