We are looking for a Project Finance Manager to join our team in Greece. The successful candidate will be tasked with the structuring of the financing around the project's own operating cash flow and assets, without additional sponsor guarantees. You will develop a full understanding of our FTTx projects and support the Account and Project Managers by producing indicators and analysis to assess and monitor the project performance.
Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare in full alignment with the Account Manager the budget for the whole project’s life cycle
• Oversee the projects’ budget in accordance with the Budget policy
• Prepare reports and present analysis on project costs to the different stakeholders (Project Team, Management Team, Executives)
• Monitor the project evolution and modify financial plans if/when needed
• Control measures and draft financial offers to the client in accordance with the status of the Project
• Ensure that the clients’ requirements are fully respected along the projects’ life cycle in terms of resource categories and cost allocations.
