Manpower Group Greece, on behalf of its client, leading in its field, is in search of a Spanish Junior Ecommerce Coordinator.
The Spanish Coordinator will be responsible for dealing with and properly responding to
customers’ inquiries by handling calls and emails.
Profile:
Requirements:
- Native or Fluent Spanish Speaker
- High level of English (for training and internal communication)
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Previous customer support experience or similar experience in different service-related positions
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- A strong work ethic and high sentiment of accountability
- Excellent MS Office skills and fluency with e-commerce
- Knowledge of the Bulgarian fashion industry will be considered a plus
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Spanish Coordinator will be responsible for dealing with and properly responding to
- customers’ inquiries by handling calls and emails
- Manage all incoming customer contacts (calls, emails, etc.) regarding different service and product inquiries (e.g. problems with login, product and availability information, sizing chart questions, registration of phone orders, etc.)
- Community Management (Reply to all Social media inquiries)
- Process all web returns and refunds (Quality control, eligibility of the return form and products, refunds issue, etc.)
- Ensure excellent service standards and high customer satisfaction
