Road Freight Manager
Job Description
•Steer the chartering activity and guarantee that processes are respected
•Be in charge of a dedicated client portfolio and of its distribution within the team, ensure the best service and maintain customer relationship
•Coordinate answers to spot quotations
•Analyse daily, weekly, monthly results of business KPIS and engage team members to increase performance, turnover and sales margins
•Develop and generate turnover in coordination with sales teams
•Provide a chartering and tariff expertise to sales representative
•Ensure a regulatory watch for teams and customers
•Monitor the budget target and determine necessary action plans
•Follow expenses and arbitrate if needed
•Share and communicate strategic vision to team members
•Assess and develops staff’s skills
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Candidate Profile
•At least three (3) years of professional experience as a dispatcher and one (1) years as a Team Leader
•Strong English language skills (both oral and written)
•Excellent leadership skills to carry team members along
•Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both team members and customers
•High willingness to perform and take responsibility as well as initiative under stressful conditions
•Professional handling of common office applications (MS Word, Excel) and the Internet is a prerequisite
