PURPOSE
To ensure the smooth and correct running
of the Office.
To handle all
translations of documents from English to Greek, to carry out all secretarial
duties of the office & also to carry out all follow ups with all Hotels of
CBH.
Eventually to be
developed as the CBH Trainer.
SUBORDINATES DIRECTLY SUPERVISED

WORKING LIAISON WITH
To liaise with the head office of CBH,
Human resources, Hotel Managers & Department Managers of each hotel.
To set up meetings & meeting rooms.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
To
ensure a clean, smart and professional appearance at all times.
2.
To have 4
to 5 years working experience as a translator / secretary
3.
To
handle all matters involving secretarial, word processing in both Greek and
English for op. manager
4.
To
prepare and inform parties involved of any meetings taking place in the hotel
and to take and issue minutes of meetings hosted by op. manager
5.
To
arrange, appointments and meetings and to keep up to date op. manager diary.
6.
To
receive and distribute all outgoing & incoming mail etc.
To issue and order office stationary supplies upon approval
by op. manager
7.
To
liaise with the Maître D hotel, maintenance department or appropriate company
with regards to the setting up of the training / meeting room.
8.
To keep
accurate record of CBH Trainers.
9.
To
supervise the efficient running and operation of manager Office and to keep the
filing system up to date at all times.
10.
To
ensure all trainee Questionnaires are received at the end of each training
session, and to be processed and analyzed and the results to be distributed to
all concerned.
11.
To
collect process and analyze on weekly basis all the employees cafeteria
questionnaires and the results to be distributed to all concerned.
12.
To
assist the Heads of Departments with any Administration Duties that they may
require assistance with.
13.
To be fully
conversant with manuals, training material that the office produces
14.
To be
responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the HACCP program in her
department. To ensure that all forms, standards, procedures and methods are
implemented in writing and records kept and that all standards and procedures
are actioned as per HACCP requirements.
15.
To
collaborate closely with the CBH departmental managers in order to achieve high
standards in all hotel services.
16.
To
implement and support all decisions of the Management.
17.
To
perform other duties as and when requested by op. manager

- Emphasis on the translation.
- Fluent in English & Greek
- With an experience of 4 years minimum.
- The candidate must be an extrovert & have a sense of
humor .
