Inventory of Hazardous Material Administrator

Oceantech Shipping & Trading Ltd. located in Vari, Greece is seeking to recruit an enthusiast graduate in Marine or Environmental Studies to cover the position of IHM Surveys in our Technical Dept.  

** Candidates from Southern Suburbs will be preferred

Main Responsibilities:

• Creating formal IHM Reports for submission to relevant Classification Societies, Flag States and Authorities 
• Providing administrative support regarding the filling of the Surveys, Renewals, Regulations etc. 
• Monitoring certificates validity and informing customers in advance for relevant renewals

• Degree in Environmental Studies or Marine Engineering (AEI / TEI / IEK) 
• Excellent Command of English (knowledge of a second language will be considered as an advantage) 
• Excellent Writing Skills with emphasis in Report Writing 
• Computer Literacy (CAD, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
