Customer Support Representative
Job Description
• Order Handling (check order validity and collect additional info if required; order goods; Organize deliveries, Delivery notes - invoicing)
• Communication with clients to arrange payments, deliveries of goods
• Internal Order Handling of SPs/Demo material for Sales & Service Dpts
• Organizes - keeps responsibility of the warehouse
• Inventory Control
• Active development of customer relationships.
