Customer Support Representative

Job Description

• Order Handling (check order validity and collect additional info if required; order goods; Organize deliveries, Delivery notes - invoicing)
• Communication with clients to arrange payments, deliveries of goods
• Internal Order Handling of SPs/Demo material for Sales & Service Dpts
• Organizes - keeps responsibility of the warehouse
• Inventory Control
• Active development of customer relationships.

Candidate Profile

• University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
• At least two (2) years of experience in customer support field and/or accounting/logistics/supply department. It will be an advantage if this experience is in the area of medical and Safety equipment-consumables
• Very good command of the English language
• Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft outlook, Microsoft word and Internet explores
• Communication Skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Pleasant personality with a strong team spirit
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
