AllinBlusive specializes in providing VIP private day cruises in several prominent locations such as Halkidiki, Mykonos, Corfu, and Mallorca, with plans to expand to additional destinations in Greece, Spain, and globally.

The bulk of our yacht fleet is specifically reserved for guests from luxury resorts in the region and is moored at elite marinas, all of which are privately owned.

In recent years, the company has garnered several awards, including being named the World's Leading Private Cruise Company for six consecutive years. Additionally, AllinBlusive has been recognized with the Travellers Choice Awards and the Certificate of Excellence from Tripadvisor, not to mention being the sole yacht company in the Mediterranean to be awarded the Blue Flag. We are also certified as a "Great Place to Work."

The team at AllinBlusive consists of seasoned professionals, both men and women, who hold a deep passion for their field of work. With an eye on expansion for the upcoming 2024 season and beyond, we are presently seeking yacht captains to augment our team. This position will be available in the next season, and since we are keen on investing in our personnel, a stable, long-term collaboration is a preferred arrangement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
  • Facilitate Private Cruises Sales.
  • Manage Document Preparation.
  • Represent the Company 24/7 as its Ambassador.
  • Adhere to Company SOPs and Operational Guidelines.
  • Collaborate Effectively with the Yacht Crew.
  • Foster a Team-Oriented Mentality.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Sea Enthusiast: A genuine passion for maritime environments.
  • Drama-Free: Ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Positivity and Warmth: Uphold a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude, complete with a smile.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work harmoniously and collaborate within a team.
  • Multitasking Abilities: Skill to manage various tasks with ease.
  • Neat Appearance: Consistently present a clean and tidy appearance.

  • Linguistic Abilities: Proficient communication skills in English, with additional languages (particularly Spanish German or Russian) being a bonus.
  • Legally Eligible: EU citizens, and non-EU citizens with a FULL-TIME work permit, are welcome.
  • Hospitality Experience: Past experience in the hospitality sector is beneficial, though not compulsory.
  • Yachting and Marina Experience: Previous experience in yacht and marina services is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Driving License: Possession of a driving license is considered advantageous.
  • Yachting Credentials: A motor or sailing yacht license — even without experience — is highly desirable.
  • Seasonal Availability: Availability to work from April to November, pandemic conditions permitting.
  • Adaptive to Change: Ability to be deployed outside of Halkidiki at short notice, if necessary.
