The Position
We are currently looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst for EU-funded projects to join our growing team in Thessaloniki, Greece. We seek an excellent, responsive professional who can demonstrate high integrity and reliability standards, with exceptional analytical and organisational skills. The successful candidate will have both proposal writing and project implementation duties related to exploitation activities and business modelling and will be involved in various tasks, including:
  • Supporting the development of exploitation plans and product market routes for disruptive technologies emerging from R&D projects.
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals for H.Europe and other EC funded or national calls (eg Erasmus+, Interreg, GSRI calls).
  • Support in reporting preparation and presentation of project results at project meetings.
  • Preparation of deliverables and reports related to exploitation activities and business modelling of various projects.
  • Preparation of workshops and training events related to business modelling, intellectual property rights management and entrepreneurship.
  • Coordination of activities with project teams ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed within time and budget of the project.
  • Analysing business performance within collaborative project activities and periodically providing recommendation areas for improvement.
Necessary qualifications:
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is a must (our working language is English).
  • BSc or MSc in one of the following fields: Economics, Business, Management or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to create sustainable business models is a must. Links of previous samples of work (if any) would be highly appreciated.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in business modelling.
  • Good time-management skills and ability to handle tight deadlines.
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Attention to detail, independent mindset, strong result orientation, and great initiative.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in exploitation/business aspects within international activities is an advantage.
  • Experience in working abroad will be considered an asset.

Note: This is a full time job that requires daily presence in our premises in Thessaloniki, not a remote work opportunity.

Hiring Process
