Orders Assistant
Job Description
• Manages day to day customers’ orders enquiries and complaints
• Ensures that all invoices are issued correctly
• Effective use of the reporting tools of the company
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Candidate Profile
• Minimum one (1) year of working experience in the same role
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Logistics or other related fields
• Excellent use of English language (both oral and written)
• Good knowledge of an ERP program
• Good knowledge of Italian language is a plus
• Strong communicational and interpersonal skills
