Housekeeping Manager (Ref: CRF/HSKM023)

Job Information

Resort: Ikos Odisia, Ikos Dassia
Location: Corfu, Greece
Contract: Full Time /Permanent
Start Date: January 2023

Your main responsibilities

• Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas daily
• Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies
• Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Inspect the building/area to determine areas that need repairs and/or maintenance
• Record and keep data regarding work assignments, and prepare reports on a daily basis

• 3+years of relevant experience in housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping director, or other similar position
• At least 3 years of experience in 5-star hotels
• Fluency in English
• Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to guest services and satisfaction
