TV Services monitoring engineer

Job Description
• Monitors the TV service and TV live programs via the available NMS and Multi-screens
• Executes/ensures the planned fingerprint scheduling, as provided
• Executes ad-hoc fingerprint request following the relevant company process and instruction
• Communicates any fingerprint issues to appropriate stakeholders and escalate according to the relevant process
• Escalates any TV service issue to the IPTV 2nd line operations team.
• Produces reports (weekly and monthly) regarding service/channels availability and service performance KPIs

• First degree or equivalent in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Physics or Computer Science.
• Experience in telecommunications or Computer Systems or Computers networking and Internet services
• Very good oral and written communication skills in English language
• Very good communication skills
• Experience on Microsoft windows and MS Office programs
• Reporting and Analysis skills
• Ability to work on shifts
