Περιγραφή

Hotel company that operates in an idyllic location at the South-East side of Corfu Island, with two luxurious 5* properties, is now recruiting for 2019 season, Doorman – Porter Service

The role

  • Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service 
  • Ensure guests are greeted appropriately upon arrival in a warm manner 
  • Open car doors for arriving and departing guests and escort them to the lobby

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications & Skills

  • Guest focused and proactive approach with a can do attitude
  • Previous experience in similar position in a 5 star property is required
  • Excellent verbal & written command of Greek and English language. Additional language knowledge would be consider an extra asset (German or French).
  • Outgoing & pleasant personality
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
  • Assist guests in boarding elevators ensuring their safety
  • Assist handicapped visitors and guest from the car into and out of the hotel
  • Assists guests with transportation &taxi service
  • Must have knowledge of the hotel facilities, activities and services
  • Assist security by reporting undesirables or suspicious looking people within the hotel property
