The Revenue & Ecommerce Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth and development for the channel by strategically building relationships with Radisson and other online marketing venues. This role effectively develops and cross-functionally executes comprehensive online sales and ecommerce business development plans.
o Develop ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
o Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
o Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyze data and measure results
o Partner with brand owners (Radisson) to leverage all marketing opportunities.
o Create and manage product descriptions for online marketplace platforms
o Pioneer and create new opportunities with ecommerce accounts, identifying white space and marketing opportunities to generate sales
o Conduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major ecommerce retailers
o Compiles information, analyzes and monitors actual sales against projected sales.
o Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
o Maintains accurate reservation system information.
o Analyzes period end and other available systems data to identify trends, future need periods and obstacles to achieving goals.
o Ensures hotel strategies conform to brand philosophies and initiatives.
o Manages rooms inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue.
o Assists hotel with pricing and provides input on business evaluation recommendations.
o Checks distribution channels for hotel positioning, information accuracy and competitor positioning.
o Initiates, implements and evaluates revenue tests.
o Communicates brand initiatives, demand and market analysis to hotels/clusters/franchise partners/owners.
o Understands and communicates the value of the brand name as it relates to franchise partnerships and revenue management opportunities.
o Promotes and protects brand equity.
Ideal candidate would:
o Looking for an innovative and forward-thinking candidate who will work hard and enthusiastically take on many responsibilities
o More than 3 years Ecommerce experience
o Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
o Ability to influence and interact with senior management
o Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model
o Experience with digital marketing and online sales
o Superior verbal and written communication skills
o Actively listens and participates within a team environment
o Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Database related programs
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, sales or related fields.
