A) As the Bar Manager, you will ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and will deliver a personalized and professional service that will aim at exceeding guests’ expectations.
•Consistently deliver exceptional standards of service and maintaining a constant presence to ensure a smooth service
•Take accountability for the Cocktail Bar reporting into the Deputy General Manager
•Develop, train and oversee bar team, whilst delivering review performances and therefore making sure that standards and procedures are followed.
B) Restaurant Supervisor : Must have previous 2 rosette fine dining experience, good base knowledge of wine & cheese, outgoing personality and able to assist Restaurant Manager in developing the team.
