As we continue to expand at a rapid rate we are currently looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) based in Athens, that will roll his/her sleeves up to provide technical knowledge to our customers, oversee and address their needs, manage the customer relationship, answer inquires and complete technical troubleshooting.
As a TAM your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
1. Being the single point of contact: Oversee 10+ accounts, handle incoming calls, email support requests and visit customers (on-site or remote) on a weekly basis. Achieve effective communication to both technical and non-technical individuals.
2. Providing top-quality technical service to our customers to support pro-sales and past-sales processes: Work with the Web Development Team to satisfy customer requests and problems. Discover and elicit customer needs and when needed deliver technical presentations and demonstrate how the product meets customer needs. Closely consult with customers during and after implementation to improve their operations. Keep a wary eye on the deliverables.
3. Providing feedback on issues relating to the products and services: Give customers’ feedback to developers to help identify potential new features or products and report on product performance. Make sure customers are getting the most benefit from the product by educating, training and guiding.
4. Keeping the customer retention rate to 100%: Build and establish a long-term strategic relationship and strengthen ties with customers.
5. Keeping track of sales performance metrics: Increase current business value with new or existing customers in an ethical manner. Be responsible for account and revenue growth.
6. Involvement in business development: Participate in biz dev ventures e.g. Expo’s, events to network with potential customer and grow the business.
