As a Product Manager in this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare, execute and manage all action plans for marketing assigned products, with the ultimate objective to achieve or exceed company goals
- Present the marketing plans to sales team; train, motivate and motivate them to achieve the targeted result; develop their product knowledge
- Defend the profitability of the category
- Develop pricing; models and policies for assigned products
- Develop budget for assigned area of responsibility and operate within established budget guidelines
- Prepare new product launches
- Manage the sales forecasting
- Conducting presentations while representing best practices along the company's commercial policy lines
- Utilize all marketing material in order to be used for presentations
- Implementing marketing activities and business plans and formulates strategies in order to achieve targets, meet sales turnover and profit objectives
- Forecasting, P&L management, business management decision support and marketing budget planning
- Monitor customer performance against the annual strategic plan and propose corrective sales actions to ensure targets achievement and efficiency
- Evaluate emerging consumer insights and global as well as local market trends, in order to identify and exploit opportunities for business development and growth
- Extend new product ranges to existing customers and develop sales activities in order to maximize consumer impact
