Windows Systems Engineer

Are you proficient in the operation of complex Windows environments, but also have a certain background in Software development? Do you embrace modern configuration management systems like ansible or similar and live for automation? Then send us your CV!

Responsibilities:

• Supporting complex high available, IT infrastructure
• In an Agile team you are the direct contact for our communication partner
• Planning and complete changes (according to ITIL) considering the service level agreements (SLAs)
• Resolve incidents and problems sustainably
• Identify potential for improvement and optimize together with other Teams or Departments

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or other related field, or significant professional experience on IT
• Several years of practical experience with Windows-servers and in-depth knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, Firewalls)
• Good knowledge of middleware and applications on Windows
• Experience in Active Directory and PowerShell
• Knowledge in any of the following: Exchange, Citrix, Microsoft SQL would be an asset
• Problem-solving skills and solve problem effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Knowledge of German would be an asset
