Storage Manager

About the role:
A storage manager is responsible for safely organizing, efficiently storing, and diligently distributing goods to make sure orders are fulfilled attentively and accurately.
Key accountabilities:
- Daily coordination and monitoring of the effectiveness of the Department
- Market research for discovering new suppliers and conducting new agreements
- Registration of orders into the supply management system and coordination of all hotel supplies
- Registration of invoices into the ERP system
- Receipt and monitor of the quantity and the quality of the hotel supplies that have been ordered according to the needs of the hotels
- Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that items are available when needed
- Conducting monthly physical inventory counts
- Responsible for all ISO-HACCP procedures of the department
