As a Marketing Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Product Managing
• Brand management (design and implementation of brand activities ATL, BTL, Digital)
• Ensure building the local marketing capabilities
• Ensures performance is of high quality (marketing planning, budget control)
• Implement marketing schedule and strategies to ensure development, production, and completion of marketing programs
• Responsible for a product launch announcements that aim to ensure successful execution of the product launching plan
• Ensures efficient product information and training
• Develop, analyse, and recommend evaluation process that identifies strategic advantages, competitive programs and customer needs.
• Identify ways for market entries
• Responsible for implementing pricing and budgeting
• Responsible for identifying and creating generic marketing material
• Locally adapts and implements the product oriented Product Marketing Plan
• Introduction Process for product groups and new products

In order for your profile to match this Marketing Assistant position you need to have the following skills:

• 1- 2 years of proven track record in similar position
• University level with Business/ Marketing & Communication direction
• MBA or Msc in relative fields will be also required
• Experience with product market introductions, preferably in FMCG industry
• Experience within multinational environment will be considered an asset
• Strong numerical skills
• Ability to think from a broad Business Perspective, strategically and out-of-the box, Digital savvy, team player, planning & organisational skills, stress resistant, creative, focussed on growth
