Business Process Administrator (2 month fixed term contract-Maroussi)
Job Description
• Ensures all tracker sheet information is filled accurately
• Directs communication with vendors to request quotation and arrange deliveries
• Prepares quotations for the Project Managers
• Ensuring all invoices/delivery notes are uploaded on system
• Ensures all reconciliation is done with all suppliers, vendors and clients
• Supports relationships with external accountants and accounting companies
• Creates report as requested by direct managers
• Translates all invoices coming from Newcastle Finance Team
• Prepares (print, stamp, archive) all invoices that are going to be transmitted to customers for payment
