For our clients, 4* & 5* Hotels in Ireland we are looking for an experienced Chef de parties.
Candidate information/requirements: ● The ideal candidate will have at least two years of proven work experience in a busy restaurant or hotel ● Qualification from a culinary school ● Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation, passion for delivering great food and service ● Intermediate level of English is required
About the job: ● Permanent, full-time position ● Start: January/February 2023● If moving to Ireland from abroad, you will be provided with free accommodation for the first two weeks. After that, you would be paying between €30 to €100 per week (depending on location) for a private room in the nearby area – shared and single rooms are available ● Salary after tax in Ireland for this Chef de partie role will be between €2,540 to €2,670 net per month (€37,000 to €40,000 gross; before tax, per year) on 40 hours per week ● Salary is paid weekly ● Your duties will be: working on the hot sections and mains, following directions provided by the head chef, collaborating with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service, stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station, keeping your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary
