SCOPE
Analyze all guest and travel agent requirements through telephone and emails and recommend suitable options for all customers and assist to confirm all reservations

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Handle daily correspondence and make sure that files are kept up to date
•  Handle all telephone / email reservation requests
•  Know the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout
•  Know the selling status, rates, and benefits of all rate plans
•  Process advance deposits on reservations
•  Loading TO Contracts --- Protel
•  Loading special offers --- Protel
•  Up-sell last rooms accurate, as per resort’s policy
•  Export daily statistics – communicate with protel when necessary
•  Should have concrete knowledge of all hotel facilities and operations
•  A pleasant, patient, communicative personality with strong negotiation skills should be the major attributes of this person
•  Must have a flexible personality & creative thinking

•  Proven experience as Reservations agent
•  Understanding of office management
•  Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
•  Excellent proven knowledge of Greek and English languages
•  Well-organized with a guest-oriented approach
•  Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
•  Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Email Marketing, Online Analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
•  Exquisite communication and people skills
•  High School diploma;
