Tilia Resort, at Mouressi, Pelion, is looking for a Bartender / Barista. The successful candidate needs to have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills with the ability to perform a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Interact with guests, take orders and serve in a polite manner
- Prepare coffees, drinks and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with hotel standard drink recipes, or been able to assist at the preparation of a cocktail, beverage menu
- Keep a well-stocked bar neat and clean at all times
- Cooperate with his/her supervisor and rest of the team to achieve the highest standards of service as these are set by the management team
- Provide a positive guest experience
- Prepare the bar before daily operations start
