Customer Service Representative (Ordering Department)

Job Description

• Receive clients’ orders and sent them to 3PL using ERP system
• Direct contact with 3PL company to endure the best and fastest customer service
• Product return management and check of stock availability
• Manage large volume of incoming calls and handle complaints and requests
• Replace secretarial support when needed
• Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile

• University/College Degree
• 2+ working experience of relative work
• Excellent use of English language (verbal & written)
• Excellent use of MS office
• Familiarity with ERP & CRM systems
• Strong phone contact handling skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt
• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask
