As a Logistic Operations and Planning Specialist your main responsibilities will be the following:
  • Operate and monitor stock, warehouse management via regular inventory reconciliation between transactional and WMS system
  • Check logistics services in terms of quality and quantity as well as transportation and distribution invoices before payment
  • Organize potential inventory transfers, if needed, between the domestic warehouse locations and/or other in the cluster
  • Manage invoice product returns, warehouse damaged or missing items and control inventory according to the stock policy
  • Support the distribution logistic network activities in order to provide customers’ requirements
  • Act as the main point of contact for emergency situations in terms of final goods availability
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, marketing, finance and clusters' demand planning teams
  • Continuously looks for ways to improve logistic processes in terms of efficiency and cost reduction
  • Manage the logistic KPI dashboard, the demand planning KPI’s reports in terms of final goods and other products master data
  • Coordinate the loading of goods while being the contact person between factories and transport companies
  • Support operations, demand and supply chain department according to countries and cluster policies

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the Logistic Operations and Planning Specialist position should have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or similar operations management areas
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar logistic operations and planning positions
  • Fluency in English and in Logistic business terms
  • Extensive experience in inventory, warehouse and replenishment management
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, consistency in results
  • Excellent ERP systems knowledge, Navision experienced would be considered as an extra asset
  • Advanced skills using MS office for data analysis and presentations
  • Ability to lead and facilitate effective meetings, with a mix of functions and management levels
