The Reception is our center of operations. The guests’ experience starts and ends here. We are looking for people who understand that the Front Office in the spearhead of Customer Service!

The Groom shall introduce the customers to the Hotel and assist the Front Office and the Guest Experience operation to provide a positive and memorable experience. 

• Professional communication skills and appreciation of alternative lifestyles,
• fluently spoken and written Greek and English (more languages appreciated),
• experience in 5-star Hospitality of minimum 2 years,
• any certificates Hospitality are appreciated,
• deep understanding of Hospitality and Customer Service (e.g. etiquette, feedback handling, suggestive selling),
• good physical condition.
