As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer you will have to:

• Perform self-initiated or assigned technical programs leading to innovative applications and extensions of existing or new products and technologies
• Analyze and interpret customer specifications in an effort to design a mechanical assembly to handle all related performance factors in a cost-effective manner
• Evaluate design issues related to strength of materials, long-term stability, shock, vibration and performance
• Βring strategic direction and drive for execution to ensure products are developed and launched with precision
• Manage day-to-day design and development, including assigning and tracking work, reviewing designs and drawings
• Perform tests, critically analyze results and make design changes or recommendations to the R&D team
• Use research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills

A suitable candidate for the position of Senior Mechanical Design Engineer should have:

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree would be considered as a plus
• More than 3 years of experience in a similar position (experience on multinational company will be considered positively)
• CAD experience is a must (Solidworks, Autocad)
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Availability for business trips
• A creative mind and eagerness to look for innovative solutions
• Passion about quality and execution of procedures with excellence
• Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment
