Your main responsibilities
• Guide guests to allocated tables, assist with menus preferences and food and wine choices
• Place orders ensuring that excellent knowledge of the Menu (Food & drinks) choices is kept at all times
• Assist in all restaurant and F & B related tasks as assigned by the F & B or Restaurant Manager
• Maintain high Standards of Service by providing a friendly and efficient customer-service
• Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
• Ensure that the working area is always clean and tidy according to Health & Safety standards

Your main qualifications/skills
• Enthusiastic & friendly personality eager to learn, develop and be part of a growing team
• Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent service results in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Relevant experience within a restaurant/bar, ideally in a hotel environment
• Fluency in English (verbal)
• Good command of a second language would be a plus
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism would be a plus
