Περιγραφή

Omya is looking for a Customer service and Logistic assistant.

CS&L Assistant is position covering customer service and logistic activities for manufactory and distribution business for market in Bulgaria.

Customer service activities:

  • Customer service activities in Carbonate and trading/distribution business ( inbound deliveries, supply through external warehouse in Sofa)
  • Taking and managing ordering process for Bulgarian market
  • Overall responsibility for timely, accurate and on time execution of all orders received from customers
  • Provide information to customers about order status and product queries
  • Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries; obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product inquiries
  • Maintain valid and updated offers in company data base (ERP)
  • Invoicing Customers
  • Customers’s complaints handling

Logistic activities:

  • Manage cooperation with logistics partner in terms of accuracy, efficiency and service level
  • Control and coordination of import, export, transport and warehousing processes
  • Control and monitor outbound deliveries in export handling logistic
  • Handling external warehouse activities: supply goods at stock, ordering, inventory management
  • Active monitoring and managing customer service level of the logistics partners
  • Regular reporting of CS&L activities  

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Education
  • High school or university degree preferably in Traffic and logistic or Ecominics field Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in trading or logistic company or distribution Knowledge and skills (general, technical and soft skills)
  • Very good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of logistic and customer service orientation
  • Very good planning, organization, analytical skills
  • Sharing, positive and energetic team player
  • Stress tolerance
  • ERP experience
  • Advanced MS - Office user Other requirements Fluency in English and Bulgarian both verbal and written
