Due to the growth of our organization, we are looking for several skilled technicians. You walk through the entire line and assess the state of maintenance and perform preventive maintenance work to prevent future breakdowns. One of the machines has not been running smoothly for a while and over a chat you suddenly think of the solution. You sit down with the production manager and your fellow mechanics and together you figure out how to make the implementation a success. In short, the day of a mechanic is always different!

Your qualifications:
- You have a level 6 or 7 in the direction of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing
- You have an affinity with the maintenance of complex mechatronic systems or a background in mechatronics and you are eager to learn;
- You are a team player and communicative strong
- You are proactive and participate in the development of the department;
- Willingness to fulfill a hands-on technician job for at least 2 years
Conditions:
- Salary: € 35.000 - €50.000 gross a year (based on experience)
- Work: 2 – Shift or 5 shift (40 hour work week)
- Shift allowance: 12.5% ( 2-shift) 28% (5-shift)
- Overtime allowance: 140% Monday-Friday. 200% on holidays
- ADV compensation: 5% of basic gross month salary
- Holiday Allowance: 8,33% from year salary
- Holidays: 25 holidays
- Public holidays: 7 days
- Pension fund: Paid pension up to 1,5 year without employee contribution.
