We currently have an opening for a Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Engineering Degree (i.e. Electronic Engineer, Automative Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or Mechatronic Engineer) either Master and/or Bachelor level required.
• Relevant experience 1-3 years will be seen as an asset
• Excellent knowledge and use of MS Office
• Excellent knowledge of English language both oral and written
• Knowledge of diagnostic programs will be seen as a strong asset
• Interpersonal skills
• Analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Cooperation and willingness
• Experience with agricultural machines will be highly evaluated
• Completed military obligations

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

AGROTECH S.A. – John Deere is responsible for contributing to the successful completion of consulting and supporting both clients and other business partners in the market. Some of the Service’s responsibilities of the role will be:
• Supporting and troubleshooting clients’ issues
• Conduct research and analysis, applying technical experience, knowledge and established assessment frameworks and approaches
• Writing background materials and contributing to the preparation of reports, manuals, and procedures
• Supporting business development and marketing activities
• Supporting other service and business lines as required
• Managing supportive John Deere’s software
• Provide technical methodologies and solutions to the company enhancing the business success and effectiveness of the Service department
