The responsibilities of the Supply Chain Transformation Manager include:
- Development and monitoring KPIs and reports for all supply chain processes
- End to end planning and implementation of all projects in order to continuously optimize supply chain processes
- Monitoring of inventory processes
- Analysing and monitoring transport costs in order to ensure optimal service provision
- Collaboration with the IT department in order to develop reports and systems that will optimize Supply Chain operations
- Proactively work with Infrastructure leaders to identify opportunities and solutions to critical strategic and operational challenges.
- Utilize communication and change management skills, business knowledge, and solution expertise to effectively integrate multiple stakeholder needs, pain points and concerns into processes and systems based solutions
