Retention Manager

Our client is a leading Forex company based in Central Athens and looking to expand their team with an experienced Retention Manager.

The perfect candidate must have previous experience of at least 1 year in Forex or Binary Options Company within the same role

Main Duties – Main Responsibilities
• Managing retention department
• Managing on-going client relationships ensuring they receive the highest level of service
• Keeping up to date with market information and monitoring trends in all major currency pairings and all products offered by the company
• Ensure an adequate communication system and clients satisfaction with regards to their needs and interests, providing sale representation
• Ensure high quality interaction with clients through regular contact
• Maintain high levels of client retention and deposits
• Following up on client matters and have them resolved via responsible company departments
• Ensure sales team uses all marketing promotions and tools of the company in the most efficient way

Qualifications
• Holder of “Certificate of Professional Suitability”, by H.C.M.C. for levels (a1), (a2), (b1) and (b) is a MUST (higher level certificate will be considered an asset)
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language is a MUST
• Experienced in CRM use
• At least 1 year of experience in a Forex/Binary Options Company as a Retention Manager is a MUST
