The ROLE
Deliver high customer satisfaction rating and develop a portfolio of potential clients who will invest in company’s properties.
MAIN TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events
• Interview clients to determine their precise wants, needs, budgets and geographic limitations
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Developing quotes and proposals
• Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
• Prepare and proofread real estate documents
• Attend closing dates and provide support for client
