Reservation Agent (English, Spanish, Greek) - Ref. (5603/REA/RS/GR)

We are seeking to recruit a Reservation Agent, handling individual bookings as well as group reservations, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service across all communication channels (phone, email) to FIT B2B and B2C customers, offering expert advice on cruise products and services.
  • Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance the guest experience, such as stateroom upgrades, shore excursions, special occasion packages, and travel extensions.
  • Manage all cruise bookings in our reservation system, including creation, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance. Ensure accurate passenger information and address general inquiries.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to promote cruise offerings and follow up on outstanding balances and payments.
  • Handle all aspects of existing bookings, including changes, cancellations, re-issues, re-pricing, and ticketing.
  • Assist travel partners with arranging special guest requests and preferences.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries regarding payments, deposits, commissions, and refunds.
  • Manage customer complaints, escalating to supervisors as necessary.
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and meet all deadlines.
  • Participate in company training sessions and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Promote the use of our reservation system and website, offering support and guidance.
  • Handle vessel changes, booking reallocation, and effectively communicate with guests and travel agents.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Sales/Customer Service or Hospitality.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the Hospitality industry.
  • Proven customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and sales abilities.
  • Fluency in the English and Greek languages. Knowledge of the Spanish will be considered as a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of the travel industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel) and other relevant business technologies.
