Περιγραφή

Apifon is a communication technology provider offering cloud-based services for business-to-consumer mobile messaging. Our multichannel platform and APIs integrate rich content messaging through chat apps, SMS messaging, push notifications and email, with innovative data-driven personalization capabilities. Apifon’s platform is used by marketing and operations teams around the world and across a wide range of verticals including retail and ecommerce, banking and insurance services, healthcare, travel and hospitality, logistics and automotive.

As part of Apifon’s continuous growth we are looking for a new member at our support team.

The main responsibilities of the Support Team Member are supporting the customers and taking care of the daily functions of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Setting up all the incoming requests (Managing the incoming customers’ requests)
  • Communicating daily with the providers in order to solve technical problems
  • Monitoring messages’ traffic
  • Secretarial duties of the call center
  • Customers training on Apifon’s internet tools
  • Solving and avoiding daily issues
  • Creating Newsletters
  • Providing high level of customer satisfaction
  • Keeping policies and procedures

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Proven experience in a position of customer care or technical support
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science
  • Good understanding of PHP, CSS, HTML
  • Good knowledge of Photoshop
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good written and verbal communication in English
