Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, an international well-known biopharmaceutical company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Medical Coordinator

Job Description

  • Schedule and coordinate team meetings, including preparing agendas, summarizing minutes, and managing follow-ups to ensure timely progress on action items
  • Support logistical arrangements for meetings, such as catering, venue bookings, and other related services
  • Facilitate contracts and logistical coordination for meetings with external healthcare professionals and consultants, ensuring compliance and smooth communication
  • Manage the process of Medical Contributions, including conducting due diligence checks, preparing contracts, and processing invoices efficiently
  • Oversee procurement activities, including creating and maintaining vendor/supplier records, managing invoice submissions, and coordinating IT equipment orders
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute cross-functional medical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery
  • Consolidate and organize documentation required for internal and external audits, maintaining accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare and deliver data reports to support decision-making and operational transparency
  • Lead team-building activities and events to foster a collaborative and motivated work environment
  • Provide onboarding support to new team members, facilitating their smooth integration into the team

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile

  • Studies in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a similar field
  • Previous work experience in in administrative / coordination roles, ideally in Pharma industry Familiarity with Excel and ability to manage spreadsheets efficiently
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and digital tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to organize tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
