As resort manager you will have the following responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the resort and its daily operations with apartments.
• Lead the team and staff members
• Overall responsibility for the operating profit including quality control, offering concepts and sales activities
• Being host for company's guests and business partners
• Preparing the annual budget and monitoring financial metrics
• Ensuring legal standards with regard to occupational safety and local law with continuous improvement of workflows and processes
• Implementing strategic business objectives and related measures for a continuous and sustainable development of the resort offering (i.e. based on evaluation of guests and member surveys)

As resort manager you will have the following responsibilities:
