Περιγραφή

HRS-Human Resources Solutions is seeking to recruit, on behalf of our client, an ambitious, energetic female Business Development Manager to join their team. The goal is to play a pivotal role in assisting to achieve its vision and corporate goals. Coordinate Business Development activities to promote the image of the company in support of the company’s business plans/ operational and growth strategies. Ensure that appropriate top ranking Cadre of the Oil Trading and Shipping Industry are aware of the company’s Operational and business capabilities in the Shipping and Oil Trading Industry.

Responsibilities
• Network, establish and maintain good working relationships with relevant companies in the Shipping & Oil Trading in West Africa, Europe and Worldwide.
• Keep supervisor updated on new opportunities, running of existing business and related issues by providing information, direction and necessary contacts that will develop these ventures
• Remain apprised of developments in the Shipping & Oil Trading Industry that may affect our business so as to provide Strategy and Business Environment advice to company’s management.
• Visualize and Coordinate the preparation of Company’s primary goals and long range forecasts.
• Participate in Decision and Risk Analysis (D&RA) for the analysis and evaluation of Business/Investment opportunities and strategies.
• Facilitating the actualization of Company Business Plans
• Perform any other duties as requested by the supervisor

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• Bachelor’s and Master level degree in Economics, Marketing, Shipping or any other related Field .
• Proven experience (1-2 years) as a business development representative in  Shipping or Oil Trading / Bunkering Industry
• Strong knowledge of Shipping or Oil Trading / Bunkering Industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentation
• Strong interpersonal ,communications and networking skills
• Domain expertise in business development process and analysis execution
• Excellent knowledge in English and French
• Excellent computer skills in MS office
