We are looking for a self-motivated, autonomous, results & people-driven to lead the team of 1 -2 people with Key responsibility to setup strategic operational directions and drive excellence in day to day operations.
Main duties include:
- train, coach and support Store Level (Restaurants)
- ensure the guest satisfaction, food safety, health and safety, employee satisfaction and other brand operating standards
- focus on problem solving/process improvement, set standards, recognize and motivate team at all levels
- provide financial analysis in daily/weekly/period, provide coaching and support for margin improvement without negatively impacting the guest experience or operational standards
- conduct daily performance and communication checks with Restaurant Management team
- visit restaurants in several working hours to provide coaching and support to enhance the performance of each restaurant
- collaborate with YUM! Teams and other national and international KFC’s teams providing ideas, proposals and reports
