As an Exports Sales Manager you will have to:
  • Lead the development in the export countries, by spotting the opportunities, assessing the odds of success, analysing the road map to achieve the targets
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Handle pricing policy, financial budgeting and control export sales
  • Build network, maintain relationship with key persons, and be fully familiar with all aspects of shipping, documentation etc.
  • Work closely and in harmony with the General Manager to meet profit and growth objectives
  • Cooperate effectively with marketing and product managers for defining the sales and marketing approach
  • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

A suitable candidate for the position of Exports Sales Manager should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or any relevant field
  • Master's degree would be considered as a plus
  • More than 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining accuracy
  • Outstanding negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Passion for working the global market scheme
  • Availability for business trips
